Upgrading from Firefox 3.0 to Firefox 3.5 causes eMail ID to stop working

The upgrade process used when migrating from Firefox 3.0 to Firefox 3.5 disables certain browser help objects, including Iconix eMail ID. You should have received an incompatibility notification for Iconix eMail ID the first time you started Firefox 3.5.

To enable support for Firefox 3.5, you can wait until eMail ID automatically updates itself with support for the newly installed Firefox 3.5, or you can manually update eMail ID. To manually update eMail ID, do the following:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on Tools
3. Select Email ID Preferences
4. Click on Check for Updates
5. Click on Check for Updates
6. Follow the update instructions
