Senior Account Executive

Iconix, Inc. is the leading provider of visual email marketing solutions. We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join us in Santa Clara, CA. You will be selling to ESP’s, marketing agencies and major corporations that have a high email presence. Candidates should have a solid understanding of email and online marketing techniques, email security practices, ROI and retention marketing tactics. This is an excellent position for someone who has a start-up mentality and wants to sell a product that is innovative and proven to be unique in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Proactively screen the market and identify potential opportunities
• Conduct needs analysis; define product solutions; drive prospects through the sales pipeline to closure
• Develop, manage and deploy sales strategies and business proposals
• Provide professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers; will also be required to present at industry conferences and seminars
• Work closely with the engineering and marketing departments for product enhancements
• Travel, as required

Requirements

• 3+ years direct selling experience
• Email marketing and online advertising sales experience preferred
• Understanding of Domain Keys, DKIM and SPF
• Experience with ROI sales tools
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• BA/BS required
