Windows Software Engineer

As a Windows Software Engineer you will have responsibility for designing and implementing MS Windows client software, as well as performing analyses and making recommendations that affect critical technical initiatives for customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a suite of existing applications by implementing new features and fixing critical bugs
• Collaborating with other engineers on code reviews, internal infrastructure, and process enhancements

Requirements

• 3+ years industry experience in Windows development environment, client applications, COM, and .NET
• Extensive experience programming in C/C++ with strong OO skills
• In-depth knowledge of Windows SDK and Win32 API
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SOAP and AJAX development skills
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, usability, and UI designers, and to evangelize approaches for building accessible products
• Industry experience in e-mail, mobile web, or encryption technology a plus

Preferred Skills

• BS or BA in Computer science or related field
• User Interface design and usability knowledge a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• High energy, self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytical
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
